Our approach Minimize

Arctic Inter-Action provide memorable and transformational leadership and group development programmes. Our primary product is a 3-7 day experiential leadership programme in Northern Norway. 

We also accommodate those looking for a fun experience with our guided expeditions, where participants will learn basic survival skills and see some stunning landscapes. 

As well as established groups the leadership and group development programme is suitable for individuals looking for personal development with a difference, Arctic Inter-Action will be running public courses suitable for individuals, using similar tools and techniques to our group development programmes for organisations.
