The Arctic Inter-Action package is based on the specific needs of each client, which are established during the early stages of the relationship building process. Once clear goals and objectives for the training are established, and a date set, the next phase will be an in-house pre-session, a week prior to the trip, where our trainer will introduce the theory to be used by your team, and prepare them for their Arctic experience. For international clients material for review can be sent, and the theory session will be held in Norway upon arrival. 

The programme itself can be anything from 3 to 7 days depending on your needs. We recommend at least five days for optimal results. The programme includes a follow up debrief, around a month after the main programme. This is designed for participants to share their experiences, and for us to explore how they are getting on in relation to their action plans. By seeing what has and hasn't transferred into the workplace we can ensure the key lessons are remembered and acted upon, helping to demonstrate return on investment for the client.
