We introduce Jungian type psychology before the trip to Norway. This increases awareness of the relationship between preferences and behaviour, providing a foundation to understanding why many of the conflicts amongst a group, within a workplace, arise, and more importantly how to prevent them.
The participants will also discover the difference personality type can have on decision-making, helping eliminate many of the common misunderstandings between individuals in a group. The course participants will go through an in-depth discussion about the order of the mental functions described.
Each participant will then have the opportunity to have their own preferences drawn, with an individual report from the head instructor. This will be a very useful tool for the practical part of the seminar if the course member wishes to use it.
The report itself is over 14 to 17 pages and helps you:
- Get to know your preferences.
- Learn a logical, organised model for human behavior.
- Increase your self-esteem (positive view of people).
- Understand how you are suited to your job.
- Discuss your feelings from an objective perspective.
- Communicate more effectively with others.
- Cooperate better at home and at work.
- Understand why certain things come naturally to some people, and are difficult for others.
- Improve your motivation.
